APPLICATION MUST BE RETURNED TO THE HS GUIDANCE DEPARTMENT
CRITERIA TO APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIP:
Current enrollment as a senior at Point Pleasant Borough High School or district affiliate.
Minimum of one year in Point Pleasant Borough High School Band and/or Color Guard.
Completed Point Pleasant Borough HS Band Boosters Senior Scholarship application.
Paid membership in the Point Pleasant Borough HS Band Boosters for the all years of band/color guard participation is required.
WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED AT THE ANNUAL BAND BANQUET
Scholarship award money provided directly to student upon proof of student’s enrollment in college, either by a copy of the fall semester paid registration receipt or a copy of fall semester official class schedule, to be submitted no later than two years from issue of award letter.

at Memorial Middle School in Point Pleasant, NJ
